English Breakfast with Sam Burgess

Watershed West are proud sponsors of the South Sydney Rabbitohs and we were delighted when star forward Sam Burgess visited the Kirrawee showroom to meet with our employees and suppliers for an early morning breakfast of bacon and egg English muffins on a cool May morning.

Sam was a very gracious and friendly guest, spending time chatting about the South Sydney Rabbitohs, and the transition for him as a professional footballer moving from England to play in the NRL this year. For the record, Sam says he gets on very well with all the ‘lads’ in his new team and savours the challenges Australian rugby league presents each week. Since training for the Rabbitohs at the beginning of the year, Sam has been on a fitness and healthy eating regime to lose a few kilos and gain even more strength.
